This website is intentionally minimal. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no advertising or third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own servers, so loading a page makes no request to any third party. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the operator named in the imprint above, reachable at hello@agoraex.eu. Address any privacy question or request to that address.
What we collect, and why
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional organisation, inquiry type, and message you submit. We use them solely to read and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and, where your enquiry concerns a potential relationship, the steps taken at your request prior to any agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Like any website, our hosting provider also processes standard request data — such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp — to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it for us
We rely on a small number of providers acting as processors on our behalf: our hosting and content-delivery provider, and our email-delivery provider, which transmits contact-form messages to our inbox. These providers process data under appropriate data-processing terms. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, it is covered by recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period of [retention period, e.g. 24 months], after which it is deleted. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and then discarded.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you, and request a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected, or incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased, or its processing restricted;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format, where applicable; and
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни).
